KYOKO SEKINE - HOTEL JOURNALIST

「海のしょうげつ」入り口、庭から玄関へ。

2018年12月20日から21日、
2009年以来、久しぶりに「海のしょうげつ」に行きました。
静謐でプライベートな宿は変わらず、
美味しい食事も大満足でした。
隠れた大人の宿は、しっかりと顧客が付いていました。

After a long time absence…to「Umi no Shogetsu」

The tranquil and private Inn is unchanged,
The delicious meal was also very satisfying.
A hidden Inn is firmly attached with good customers.

Finally cats are lovely !!!
Cats in the world by Latest issue.

★Small cat in Kandy, Sri Lanka,
Always being driven away in the Hotel restaurant.
★At Kaiji-Beach where is famous by star sand
And many cats are living there.
★Yamagata prefecture Tsuruoka ratified the Ramsar Convention, “Oyama-shimoike Pond” (swan flying airfield) ,
I found a cat which is wrapped by a swan cry in the forest.

山形県鶴岡のホテルスイデンテラスから車で20分、
白鳥の飛来地に行きました。

ラムサール条約登録湿地、大山下池です。
近づくにつれもの凄い鳴き声が山に響き、
一斉に飛び立つ朝の7時過ぎ。
みんな庄内の田んぼに餌を食べに飛び立つのだそう。
凄いな～！
どうやって北の大地から
この地を目指して飛んでくるのだろう。

This time is my first experience to see
The Destination of Swans

Yamagata Prefecture Tsuruoka,
20-minute drive from Hotel Suiden Terrace.
I went to a swan flying field.

Ramsar Convention Registration Wetland, Oyama Shimoike,
From the distance we have heard a terrible cry of swans in the mountains,
as it was seven o’clock in the morning
they started to fly at once to the rice field in Shonai to eat food.

Amazing ~!
How to get from the north earth very far ,
toward the exact this place..

庄内空港から車で20分、酒田市にある12棟続きの山居倉庫へ。
明治期に造られた優れた建築技術と、美しい外観。
味がある…
かつて北前船による交易で栄えた港町、酒田。
その繁を支え、庄内地方の米の保存用倉庫として使われたのでした！！

To Tohoku area in Autumn

Beautiful 12 warehouses in Sakata in Yamagata prefecture.,
They were used as a warehouse of rice since Meiji-Era.
Building technology and beautiful appearance are still now excellent.

Long time ago Sakata, a port town that once prospered by trade
by Kitamae-ship.
