I stayed 1 night as Media Trial Stay on 10th -11th. March.
The Opening is 16th March 2021.

3月5日～7日、春を待ち望む浅間山の麓へ。
3月16日開業の「ひらまつ 軽井沢 御代田」を訪れました。
3日間の滞在はのんびりと、静かな山のリゾートと
食事を満喫しました！
「ひらまつ」ブランドのTOPクラス…でした。

最後のランチ

Visit Resort which is waiting for the opening
～Hiramatsu Karuizawa Miyota　～

I visited Hiramatsu Karuizawa Miyota from 5th to 7th March.
Just before the Grand Opening.
For 3 days the time passed slowly and spent leisurly.
Especially food was excellent…
My impression is this resort is the best & Top class
Between Hiramatsu Properties.

瀬戸内海のレモン島「生口島」で無農薬のレモンを買い、
現地で教えていただいたレモンのパスタを、
今日のランチに作りました。
すご～く美味しかった～♡

材料はパスタ、生ハム、トマト、オリーブ、
そしてオリーブオイルとパルメジャーノチーズを削ってかけて、
バジルを乗せ、蜂蜜レモンの輪切りを添えました！！

瀬戸田の無農薬レモン畑「れもんだにのうえん永井」さんの畑。

瀬戸内海、生口島瀬戸田で見つけた猫

誰にもなつかないという猫が、どう？
可愛いね～、そばに寄ってきた。

Cat lives in IKUCHI-Jima Island in Setonaikai

Cat which is not friendly to everybody,
But for me she is coming to say hello!
Lovely cat !

富士山に登ってくる初日の出‘ダイアモンド富士’
コロナ禍でどこにも行けず、
テレビで見た初日の出ですが、美しかった～！！
いい年になることを望みます。

The very first sun rise on 1st January 2021,
But just on TV morning show.
So beautiful and sacred sun.
I couldn’t go to see it anywhere because of CORONA VIRUS epidemic.
Hoping a new year happy and safe !!
