018年9月5日～6日、2週間後に、早くも2回目となる沖縄恩納村へ。
目的地は「ハイアット リージェンシー 瀬良垣アイランド 沖縄」！
朝5時半頃の朝やけ、夕方6時半頃の夕焼け
感動的でした！

Second time to Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island !

I returned to Okinawa as soon as 2 weeks later,
‘Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa’ again.
Suns rise at 5 am in the morning.
Sun set at 6:30 in the evening,
I was just moved by the beauty of nature.

2018年8月21日、沖縄本島恩納村の瀬良垣地区に浮かぶ小島をすべて使い「ハイアット リージェンシー 瀬良垣アイランド 沖縄」が
華々しく誕生しました！
20日から滞在し、前夜祭、そして翌日のオープニングセレモニー、
2泊3日の滞在は、台風19号接近中にもかかわらず3日間の晴天に恵まれ、
グローバルなアイランドリゾートの誕生に酔いしれました。

We enjoyed very much a Party for Heart warming in the eve

and a party were held in the sun shine day.

北京に続いて、上海にもブルガリホテルが開業。
上海は高級感の中に、どこかにカジュアルな都会感を
感じました。

I visited Bulgari Hotel & Residence Shanghai.
My impression is luxury at the same time
more urban Casual rather than Beijing’s Bulgari Hotel.

2018年1月8日にオープンした「アマンヤンユン」。
2月に訪れてから、まだ4カ月しか過ぎていないけれど、
700㎞も離れた村から運ばれて移植した森は、
森らしく成長の過程にありました。
美しく育ち、青々として木々は一回りも二回りも
大きくなり、力強い瑞々しい息吹さえ感じました。

Second visit AMANYANGYUN

On 8th January 2018 [AMANYANGYUN] has opened、
And I visited in February.
These trees which transplanted from a village 700 km away,
It grows strongly as possible in the real forest
Now so Beautiful !!

とても居心地のいい素敵なホテルでした！

First step in my life to Yaonoi Island

It takes 45 minutes from Phuket Island to Yaonoi Island.
The sea dotted with a strangely shaped rock
is so beautiful and rich for fisher man.
In Yaonoi Island there is a famous luxury resort
Six Senses Yaonoi,
but I stayed [Cape Kudu Hotel] which is charming and comfortable.

美しい富士山が、泊まった部屋の窓から見えました！
幸せな1日の始まりです。

At 6:30 am in the morning glow at RESONARE Yatsugatake
in the foot of Yatsugatake Mountains,
I saw Mt. Fuji from my room, with a slightly hazy
which is extremely beautiful.

中庭の中心に立つ「皇帝の樹」、ご神木として赤い紐が結ばれている。
周囲は人が手を広げて7人がかり。樹齢は約1000年。

早朝目が覚めてから1時間、
6時半ころから始まった束の間の朝焼けショーに、

Got tired completely and went to bed immediately.

ここ軽井沢にももうすぐ冬が訪れそうです、
今日の朝は相当寒い、0度くらい…
パリッと乾いた清浄な空気は本当に快適でした。

北インドの修験者の町リシケシュから山に入り、
上り詰めた山頂にある村
Narendra Nagar Tehri – Garhwal　に向かうと、
その山頂の広大な土地に、「アナンダ・イン・ザ・ヒマラヤズ」があります。
行きたくてもなかなか行けないハイダウェイですが、
究極のスパホテルを挙げるなら、真っ先にここを挙げます。
行きたくてもなかなか行けないハイダウェイ。
2度目となる渡航でした。

本格的なアーユルヴェーダにどっぷりと浸かる日々、
眼下にはキラキラと光る大河ガンガー(ガンジス河)と、
少し奥へと進めば遠くにはヒマラヤの銀峰が…。
清浄で神秘的な空気は、人を癒す力があるようです。

From 3rd to 4th in September, we went to Shirahama.
Brilliant Resort has opened there in April 2017,

And especially a warm hospitality in Japanese way was impressed.

冷たい空気と太陽と美しい街は、思った以上に素敵でした！

11月6日、日本海のズワイガニのオス漁が解禁になりました。
これから3月20日までの間、日本海側の港は
蟹の水揚げが観光客をい呼び寄せ、観光地は蟹三昧で賑わいます。
早速、山代温泉、星野リゾート「界加賀」で
タグ付きの蟹を戴きました、
一生分､食べたような贅沢な蟹料理でした。

2016年7月27日オープンのホテル、ピッカピカのホテルに1泊。
東京中が見えるパノラマは驚きです。
ジャストオープンのホテルなのに、
スタッフのきめ細やかな対応は、さすがにホテルを
多く運営している企業の経験値の高さでしょうか。
ぎごちなさもありますが、当然でしょう。
食事も充実していて、ラグジュアリーコレクションらしいホテルでした。

都心にいることを忘れた滞在でした。

グリムゼル・ホスピッツ

スイスに住んでいるときから、ず～っと憧れていた
グリムゼル峠(2165ｍ)にあるグリムゼル・ホスピーツに宿泊。
リニューアルされた内装はモダンで快適。
スイスワインのカーヴまであって試飲会なども可能。
歴史のホテルは洒落たホテルになっていました。

to stay since long long time ago!
After a refurbishment they keep historic outstanding
and changed to modern interior.

ゴルナーグラードまで登山電車で

今年のヨーロッパは暑い！チューリヒでは毎日33℃も…
ツエルマット(標高1620ｍ)では登山列車でゴルナーグラード(標高3089ｍ)まで。
この日、絵のような完璧なマッターホルン(4478ｍ)が現れました。

「日本一周クルーズ」の寄港地のひとつ、
島根県出雲大社沖を出航した「にっぽん丸」は、輪島に向かう前に
あまりの好天のため航路を変えて、沖の島沖を周遊することに。

ちょうど夕食時の7：10pm頃、思わずテーブル席を立って、
船内から撮った美しい夕陽に、言葉を失いました…。

淡島ホテル全景

伊豆の「淡島ホテル」に泊まり、翌朝に頂いた朝食は
聞きしに勝る充実の朝食でした。
特に目を引いたのは朝のジュース類。
「若返りジュース」「百歳ジュース」「Gmジュース」などなど
ずらり揃ったオリジナルジュースに脱帽！
どれもヘルシーで美味しいナチュラルジュース…

このジュース類がなんとも美味しいオリジナル

因みに種類は揃いに揃う朝食ブッフェですが、
焼き魚などはオーダーしてから焼いて出してくれる、
どれも､ゲストに向き合う心のこもったアイテム。

A breakfast in Awashima Hotel was Bravo !

I stayed in Awashima Hotel in IZU,
and a breakfast was so delicious, much better than I expected!
Especially some fresh & original juices.
Rejuvenation juice, long life juice for 100 years old,
General Manager original juice…etc.
So natural, fresh and delisious.

The breakfast buffet in this hotel served variety items.
Hotel treated very carefully all guests with warm hospitality.

This Lodge is situated in the mountains of Shinshu,
And stands in the beautiful Chamomile farm
overlooking the Japan Northern Alps.

Chamomile bath salts have been used in the bath,

同じアラブ主張国連邦UAEの一国とはいえ、
世界に知られたドバイとは趣を変え、
自然環境を守る隣国「ラス・アル・ハイマ」。
今もなお、この国は砂漠を有する素朴なアラビアンカントリーとして、
静かに時を刻んでいます。

凄く頻繁に旅をしたことが想い出されます。
なんたって…美しい砂漠地帯に、世界的な高級リゾート
「バンヤンツリー・アル・ワディ」がオープンしたのですから。

砂漠の自然や厳しさが肌で感じられるようにと、
施設の半分以上が砂漠の民ベドウィンの“テント”を模して造られました。
雨がいっさい降らない乾期には、灼熱の砂漠で、
時に50度以上にもなる熱気を体験することもあるといいます。

この首長国「ラス・アル・ハイマ」は、
アル・ハジャル山脈とオマーン王国に挟まれ、
歴史はなんとBC5000年にもさかのぼるのですから凄い！
ラス・アル・ハイマの意味は、英語で「Top Of The Tent」。
泊まれる部屋は、70棟のデラックス・プールヴィラ、
31棟のプール付きテントヴィラです。

私の部屋は豪華なテントヴィラでした。
しかしながら、オープンしたばかりのリゾートでは
何が起こるか分かりません。
滞在2日目のその日、外気温が40℃以上もある日に、
なんとテント内の冷房機が壊れてしまいました。
テントの中はご想像にお任せします。

毎日がドキドキ、ウキウキ、幸せの連続でした。

滞在中にもずっと思いながら、大切な時を忘れまいとしていました。

Fortunately the Crab fishing permit was just in a good timing
in Sanin Area of the Japan Sea..

同じ町とは思えないほど発展（？）変貌（？）を遂げた
カンボジア第2の都市、古都シェムリアップ。
13年前、VOGUE NIPPONの取材で
カメラマンと二人で「Amansara」に滞在。

Amansaraから63年型のメルセデスで空港で迎え

あのとき、まだ未だ工事中だったAmansaraは
今はしっとりと落ち着いた素敵なリゾートとして佇んでいました。

朝に晩に向かうのはAngkor Wat　とAngkor Thomの遺跡群。
Amansara専用のエレガントなるモックで走ること20分。
素晴らしい朝焼けも見ることができました。

I was surprised at the transfiguration of the development of the old historical town, Siem Reap.
When I visited this town with VOGUE NIPPON Crew,
We stayed Amansara.
This resort was still under construction,
but now very elegant and calm environment with warm hospitality.

In the early morning for sunrise, and evening for sun set,
We went to Angkor Wat and Thom twice a day by Rumokku.
And we had a wonderful opportunity to watch both…

12月5日～2泊3日で､久しぶりのプライベートな宮崎旅行。
そこで見つけたのが面白いバスのヘッド・アナウンス。
「回送バス」って、誤らなければいけないの？

それから凄い海鮮丼、豊かな海で取れたての新鮮な幸が
これでもか！！！と。
安くて美味しい、でも食べきれなかった～。

もうひとつ、観光地「鬼の選択岩」で見つけたのがトゥクトゥク。
タクシー代わりに商売してました。

安藤忠雄建築の優雅なリゾート、「瀬戸内リトリート青凪」に
行ってきました。
優雅な建築はかつて美術館だった建物を利用して、
スパを楽しめる小さなホテルです。

スパはウェルネス・アリーナが提供する「All That Spa」、
日本ならではの素材を利用した新しいコンセプトラインで
人を癒すために研究を重ねたプロダクツが使われています。

食事もヘルシーで美味しい！！
